Primary Interschool Cross Country

BTC  Primary  students from 10-13years lined up for the Primary Interschool Cross Country. We were very well represented in the 13 years competition which was reflected in the points. Daniel Windus finished 2nd (offered a position on the Charters Towers Cross Country team) and Tristan Vimpani ran 7th. Not to be outdone Evie Batt crossed 1st, India Aitchison 2nd and close behind Maddie Aitchison finished 3rd. While I must congratulate ALL runners who competed in  the HOT conditions, other notable finishes included Sophie McLaren (4th) , Annie Luckman 6th, Ronnie Critchley 7th,Connor Neville 9th and Jack Donaldson 12th. Annie and Ronnie had to sprint it in to the finish, with Annie just overtaking Ronnie. Congratulation to all runners, as the team won the Average Trophy and came 3rd in the Aggregate Trophy. Top Effort!!!!
