Secondary Interschool Swimming Carnival

After twice being cancelled due to the weather , the Secondary Interschool Swimming Carnival was held Monday afternoon.  Well done to all the swimmers who represented the College.  Some outstanding swims  included Anjeleah Corrigan who placed first in 50m freestyle, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke, 50m Butterfly and 100m freestyle., Ben Stevenson 50m breaststroke, and Liam Brown 50m breaststroke. Anjeleah also broke three records :- 50m Freestyle 29.06 ( 1993 record  of 29.31), 100m freestyle 1.04.61 ( 1993 record of 1.04.70) and 50m butterfly 31.48 (2008 record of 32.54). Congratulations to Anjeleah for 15 yrs  Girls Age Champion and Ben Stevenson Runner Up  15 Yrs Boys Age Champion. BTC placed 3rd Overall.
