After putting in the early morning training, the Secondary Cross Country team were keen to represent the College at the Interschool Cross Country. The competitors had individual, team and College successes.
Individually, congratulations go to Tenisha Soloman 13yrs Girls Age Champion, Mitch Fogerty 14yrs Boys Age Champion and Brodie Land 15yrs Age Champion. Runner ups included Patrice Jones, India Aitchison and Bo-dean Evans. BTC also won the 13yrs girls age group,14yrs girls age group and the 15yrs boys age group. All other age groups performed well to claim 2nds.
Overall the girls placed 2nd and the boys placed 2nd which put BTC in 2nd place fr the Aggregate Trophy, just behind ASSG.
Top 10 finishers included: India 2nd, Patrice 2nd,Bo-dean 2nd, Tenisha 1st, Brodie 1st, Rachael 4th, Merial 9th, Jaimeen 10th, Jemimah 5th, Madi S 7th, Shelly 8th, Bridget 10th, Roy 5th, Olivia 9th, Ronnie 10th, Teah 6th, Hayley 3rd, Sophie 4th,Maddie A 5th, Evie 6th, Nikita 5th, Lachlan W 8th, Adagi 5th, Ethan 5th, Mitch 1st, Brennan 7th, Casey 9th,daniel 9th, John R 5th,Tom 10th. ( Apologies to any other top 10 place getters I have not recorded)
Overall it was a massive effort. Congratulations to all competitors and thanks to coaches who ran with the students every morning.
