McDonalds Netball Carnival

BTC had many teams that travelled to Townsville on the weekend for the McDonalds Netball Carnival ( still known as Powerade Cup among the players)  It is always a HUGE weekend with lots of netball games . The girls love the "sleep over" in Townsville which is always good for the team. Congratulations to all the teams for giving their best the 8 games of the weekend. There will be a lot of tired players ( and coaches) come Sunday night. An extra well done to BTC 1sts who were undefeated champions of their division and to BTC Blitzers who won their division by a mere .9%. Because there was a tie for first the winner was decided on percentages  of for and against points.  Also congratulations to Teah Schaefer for winning the Most Valuable Player for 14yrs and Rachael Dahl for winning Most Valuable Player for Cadet Age Division.
