Japanese Cooking

A good way to understand a foreign culture is through its culinary delights. This is precise what a group of Year 8, 9 and 10 students did when they cooked themselves a Japanese feast. On the menu were steamed rice, su ki yaki (stewed beef), shou ga yaki (sautéed ginger beef) and karee raisu (Japanese curry). Students prepared and cooked the meals themselves and were given the thumbs up by the two teachers who sampled the food
