A Weekend of Netball

Many of the BTC girls were involved with the McDonalds Junior Netball Carnival on the weekend. With 2 bus loads and the people mover of boarders plus families in cars, BTC fielded many teams which took part in the 2 day carnival.  A good time was had by all with the players gaining skills and experience playing lots of different teams. At the end of the carnival BTC celebrated their successes.
BTC Blue team were Runner- Ups in the 13 years competition with Babetha Nona Runner-Up for the Most Valuable Player of the division and Tenisha Soloman  Most Valuable Player in her division. The BTC 1sts team were Runner-Ups in the Inter B Division with Merial Kenni winning the Most Valuable Player for their division. Jemimah Phillott won the Most Valuable Player for the Inter C Division. Congratulations also go to Teah Schaefer, Hayley Condon, Tenisha Solomon and Madi Smith who were invited to trial for the Magnetic North Steelcats Regional Development Squad.
