Rugby League Training Session

BTC 1sts and Confraternity Team were treated to a training squad recently with Cowboy trainers. Past Thornburgh College Captain, Adrian "Happy" Thompson and Dean Payne, both working at the Cowboys, took the boys through some drills and training skills that the Cowboys teams use. Happy had also watched one of their Interschool 1sts games and could discuss positional play and tactics with the team.The boys took away a lot of valuable advice , skills to practice during their training session and motivation. A follow up training session before going to Confro is being negotiated. Thanks to Happy and Dean for coming to BTC.
