Cafe at BTC

Hospitality students offered a BTC café to staff where a drink and cake could be purchased for a very affordable $5.50. Some delicious creations on sale included Lime zucchini and pistachio cake(with a zesty lime icing), black forest cake with chocolate leaves, lemon meringue tart and brownies which were served with ice-cream or cream. Drinks available were cappuccino, latte, flat white, hot chocolate, ice chocolate and ice coffee. The question on everyone’s lips at the end of the day was, ”Can they do this every Monday?????”
