Duke of Edinburgh Award

A group of BTC students, staff and family  attended the Duke of Edinburgh Gold and Silver Award Ceremony in Townsville. Taylor Casson, Bridget Ginns-Larkin, Jemimah Phillott and Madi Smith were all presented with their Gold Award. Other recipients who have received their Gold award but were not able to attend the ceremony were Katie Williams, Merial Kenni and Brennan Leggett.
College Principal Mr Fairbairn and Mrs Fairbairn attended the awards as well as BTC staff  Peta McAllister and Leo West, who have been instrumental in facilitating the students' achievements.
