Senior Assembly

Students were entertained by  a BTC band at assembly recently.  Unfortunately  the Battle of the Bands was cancelled but at least we got to hear our band play, Also recognised  at Assembly were Mitch Fogarty  (100 runs)and Sam Shadbolt  (50 runs) at while representing Charters Towers when the team played against Norths team from Townsville. Mitch Fogarty has  also been selected to play in the North Qld  U15yrs  Schoolboys Rugby League Team.  Madi Smith had just returned from Brisbane where she was captain of the North Qld Waterpolo Team. Year 8 student Kate McCullough was also recognised for her literary works. Her second book, Into The Waves, has been recently published. Her sister Stacey was the illustrator for this book.
