BTC Interhouse Athletics Carnival

Primary and Secondary students competed in their Interhouse Athletics Carnival which meant it was very busy with students competing in all areas of the College ovals.Students not athletically blessed were having fun "having a go" to gain their House a participation point while others enjoying the athletic challenge were pitted against friends , always trying to squeeze out their best performance.Records were broken by Austin Fox (13 yrs 800m), Maddie Fox (13 yrs high jump, 100m) and Zac Santo(16yrs triple jump, 400m).In the Primary School Girl Age Champions were 8yrs Bree-anna Eberle, 9yrs Jesse Santo ,10yrs Amy Neville, 11yrs Madi Smith and 12yrs Shyann Gishford . Primary Boys Age Champions were 9yrs Jamie Lessells, 11yrs Daniel Simatis and 12 yrs Sam Borghero. Bacon won both the boys and girls House Aggregate Trophies. In The Secondary School Girls Age Champions were 13 yrs Maddie Fox, 14yrs Jane Wallace, 15 yrs Gemma Hill, 16 yrs Bridget Tully and Open Girls Linley Cerqui. The Secondary School Boys Age Champions were 13yrs Austin Fox, 14yrs Josiah Phillot, 15 yrs Angus McQueen,16yrs Zac Santo and Open Boys Taylor Smith. The Girls Aggregate trophy was won by Bryce House while the Boys Aggregate trophy was won by Black House.Thanks to Mr Gilbert and Marnie for all their work in setting up and co-ordinating these days.
