After their speeches the awards were given out with the following students receiving an award this assembly:- Pippa, Georgia, Kia, Jared,Patrick, Macklyn,Charli and Gemma.
Students celebrating their birthdays were acknowledged.
Macklyn Scarborough is hoping to raise $1000 in Shave-For-a-Cure and is seeking donations and will also be selling some lolly bags at the Valentine's Dance this Friday.
Students voted on the junior leaders and at the end of the day Mrs Ferguson had a special gathering to announce the Junior Leadership team. She stressed that the voting was very close and all students should feel proud.
